Shipments and Returns

Gioielleria Porro uses BRT Express Courier for its shipments, except in special cases.

· Delivery takes place for Italy approximately in 5 working days from shipment (for special needs contact us, we will try to satisfy your requests if possible).
· For Calabria, Sicily, Sardinia and Islands, delivery may take one to two additional days.
· Working days are Monday to Friday. We also invite you to take into consideration public holidays when our warehouse does not ship.


The goods can be replaced within 15 days of receipt and the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
